Become a donor of Stichting Corantijn
You can become a donor of Stichting Corantijn by donating a certain amount on a monthly or yearly basis.
This can be done by filling in a SEPA authorization form or by recording a periodic gift in a written agreement.
SEPA authorization
You can authorize us once or continuously.
Download and/or print the authorization form and fill it out.
Scan the signed authorization and send it by e-mail to secr.corantijn@nak-nl.com or by post to the secretariat of Stichting Corantijn.
On your bank statement you can recognize our direct debit by our Collector ID NL37ZZZ411906320000.
The direct debit will take place around the 15th of the month. If this date does not fall on a business day, debit will be made on a nearby date.
Periodic donations in money
The deductibility of these donations is 100%, provided it has been established in advance in a written agreement that an equally high amount is donated annually (at least) for 5 years.
As a donor, you fill in your details on both copies, sign them and send them both to us . Stichting Corantijn fills in its details, also signs both copies and returns the copy for the donor to you.
