Saturday before Easter the Children’s Clothes Fair is being held in Kudelstaart.
For a number of years now, Stichting Corantijn has been associated with the fair as a charity.
When the fair is over the sellers are invited to donate their unsold items to the foundation. They can decide to do this when handing in the goods to be sold.
Volunteers from the foundation collect the children's clothing, shoes, toys and other goods at the end of the fair and bring them to the depot in Lelystad. There everything is sorted and packed.
Almost a busload full was donated.
