Earlier this year, Stichting Corantijn received a donation of school materials amongst others.
Soon after that, through mediation of Mr. Dennis Wormer, four pallets of lined notebooks offered.
However, at that time there was no space at our depot.
Luckily Frans and Petra Meeuwis, managers of the aid organization, were prepared to hold on to the donation for a while.
School lined notebooks are gold for students whose families have little or no money for education.
But how do the heavily loaded pallets find their way from Oisterwijk to our depot?
A solution was found. P&M Express made a truck with driver available at a fraction of the cost.
The driver was also willing to put the pallets in the container.
It took some effort but eventually it was done.
