At the beginning of February, the school management of OBS de Pioniers contacted Stichting Corantijn.
Whether there was interest in s.a. outdoor play equipment such as tricycles, kids’ scooters and tricycles with an extra standing area for a second child.
Nice material for primary schools in Suriname where children often have nothing to enjoy themselves with during a break or outdoor play time.
Besides this the school also donated a number of office chairs and a few boxes of children's reading books. The latter will help to stimulate children's reading skills.
Group 8 pupils enthusiastically helped load the bus.
