Stichting Corantijn offers help to people who need it most in Surinam. Medical- and non-medical goods are being collected, sorted, packaged and put in transport containers.
Then the moment is there that the container is full and leaves for the port Rotterdam. The first step towards helping people.
After the custom control, the container is loaded on board and shipped to Paramaribo.
Then by truck to our storage in Welbedacht volunteers are ready to unload the container and prepare the boxes and packages for distribution.
From there, the relief supplies are brought to people, the hospital and various institutions, as shown in the overview below:
