After a stroke this man turned half-sided paralysed. Former St. Vincentius Ziekenhuis employee, Mrs Melcherts, approached Stichting Corantijn and asked if we could help with medical devices.
First of all a care bed is important to him. From Stichting Corantijn he received a mobile high-low bed with lowerable bed rails.
Slowly the situation improved a little bit for him. With the help of other devices, such as a wheelchair and a tripod walking stick, he can move more independently.
