At the start of spring an empty container was available at the Stichting Corantijn warehouse. Our volunteers have by now filled it with boxes, packages of relief supplies and furniture.
Mid-August the container was full and the documents were prepared for the shipping company and the transport to the Rotterdam harbour.
The boat arrived the end of October in Paramaribo. After a quick clearance our volunteers were able to unload the goods at our warehouse in Welbedacht. Next the distribution of boxes and packages took place to people and institutions. Some institutions picked up their goods.
