The International School of Amsterdam donated several wooden and plastic recorders to Stichting Corantijn.
These were donated to the Sunday school of the New Apostolic Church in Suriname.
The children in Paramaribo have already practised on their instruments.
First they were learned to play the scales..
When they had completely mastered that, the next step could be taken.

They started practising with their teacher and soon they played their first piece together in front of a proud audience, their parents.
