10.12.2009 Result toiletries collection

The support we received for our toiletries collection was truly phenomenal.

We were showered with cleaning materials, tooth brushes and paste, shower gel, toilet paper, sanitary towels, etc.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

We loaded a container on Thursday 15 October 2009, which ships many of the materials contributed by you to Surinam.

The materials are intended for the NATSJ-home, children's homes, nursing homes, homes for the elderly and the R.G.D., the department responsible for AIDS patients in particular.
These institutions benefit greatly from the collected materials, which would otherwise require large annual expenditures. So you can see your contributions are of great help!

And we still have toiletries to spare which will be sent with the next container.

We have more great news. We were able to a put together 120 Christmas boxes for the Esther Foundation, Santa Boma Prison and Maxilinder Foundation, which helps street prostitutes and their children.
